July is coming to an end and I feel like there’s still so much to do before August starts rolling up. Don’t we all feel like that?! There’s always so much to do in such little time… In the mists of the busy schedule, the time came due to show you all what I have been up to. Among the few projects I had this summer, I will be sharing with you the “Dashing Lavender | Oasis Chic” project inspired by the amazing fragrance of Lavender plants. The process started out with a few inspiration images to tie in the lavender fragrance which was used to develop a concept and colour scheme.

Since we were reusing furnitures, I started right away with different floor layout and 3D ideas. After finding the appropriate textile for the space, the project started to cohesively come together.
And after the layout was completed, the only thing left to do was to put everything together!

The photo below was a view of the room prior to this project. It was the residence for a young teen. In this view, we can see that the Ikea KALLAX unit was installed on the wall and used as clothing storage with black cubby boxes.

The KALLAX was taken down and reused as a vanity.

This is simply a sneak peak! I will be uploading the rest of the images and sketches used for this project so STAY TUNE!!

**Please note that I do not own any of these images above except the image of Chanel N°5** *Images were used for inspiration / concept purposes only*
